Lucky Bums Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee our products with a lifetime limited warranty against material or workmanship defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Merchandise received after 30 days will be accepted for an online store credit.

Shipping Policy

We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for our mistakes. We will gladly refund any shipping charges if we send the wrong item or if the item sent was defective.

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable Lucky Bums.

• Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Credit card refund please note:

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Payment Policy:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express with a verifiable address. We apologize but we can not accept credit card payments issued by foreign banks. Sales Tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the State of Idaho.
