Shipping Information

We're located in beautiful Boise, Idaho so for US orders receipt of your purchase can take anywhere from three to eight full business days via our standard ground service, depending on your location and the shipping method you select (International destinations please see below). We make every effort to ship your order via FedEx within 24 hours of receipt; our fulfillment team is super fast! Unlike us though, FedEx doesn't work on holidays or weekends so please add those days into your delivery expectations.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout and hold on to your hat, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped!

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard FedEx Ground - Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx Second Day Air - You can expect your order to arrive normally in 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx Next Day Air - You can expect your order to arrive normally in 1 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes so please make sure to use a physical street address.
