Holiday Schedule for December 2009
-- UPDATE Dec 18, 2009 -- We're located in Boise, Idaho so those locations east of the Mississippi will need to select 2 Day Air or Overnight Air shipping in order to confidently receive your order by December 24. Those that are a bit closer, for example the West coast, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, may place orders on the 18th and maybe even the 19th and still receive the product on or before December 24th. Unfortunately FedEx Ground does not make a guaranteed "date of delivery" on ground shipping. To be safe, after December 17th select the 2 day air option for piece of mind!

Receipt of your purchase can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. We make every effort to ship your order via FedEx within 24 hours of receipt. Unlike us, FedEx doesn't work on holidays or weekends.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Standard FedEx Ground - Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx Second Day Air - You can expect your order to arrive normally in 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx Next Day Air - You can expect your order to arrive normally in 1 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

P.O. Boxes in the U.S.A. - We do not offer shipment to P.O. Boxes at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We reserve the right to cancel International orders at any time. Any cancelled orders will receive a full refund. All International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. You will receive an email detailing the additional charges and you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline the addtional fees.
