We offer a 30 day window for you to return or exchange your product. Email customerservice@luckybums.com to get the process started. Please be prepared to send your name and order number. In most cases, return shipping will be charged.

For warranty questions, please send your name, proof of purchase, picture of product, and shipping address so we can get the process started. Thank you!

Lucky Bums products are covered by a limited warranty against material or workmanship defect.
